Ordering On-Line
Most customers use this website to place orders. You do not need a log-in to place your first order, but we will send you log-in details for future visits so you won't need to put your details in again every time. There is no minimum order value. Simply select the items you wish to purchase and then fill in your details. At this point you will be asked to choose between two payment methods:-

either pay now via PayPal using a credit or debit card (you do not need to be a PayPal subscriber)
or pay later when we contact you to say your order is ready for despatch.
(If you are based outside the United Kingdom we will need to confirm delivery charges with you before you make payment.)

Delivery and Carriage

We can normally deliver your order within a day or two.

UK mainland orders of £150 or more (excl VAT) are carriage paid. Under that figure we charge only £6.00 for carriage and packing to UK mainland destinations.

Northern & Southern Ireland - we charge £15 carriage on orders under £150 (excl VAT) & £9 carriage on orders over £150 (excl VAT).

If you are an overseas customer (outside UK mainland), we will contact you to agree carriage costs before shipment.


Discounts

Orders of £150 (excl VAT) attract 10% discount.
We offer further discounts on larger orders and these will be automatically applied. Please ask if you require details.


Returns

We are happy to accept faulty or damaged goods for a full refund or credit within 28 days.
We do not offer sale-or-return terms and we can not accept shop-soiled goods.
Please note - imitation jewellery will go off colour, especially metal based jewellery. Time for discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured

Useful points to note about web-ordering.

On receipt of your first order we will send you your own log-in details. Using these will mean you don't need to input your details again

There is no minimum order value - we only ask that you buy each item in pack quantity. This is usually 12 pieces but smaller on higher priced products. The pack quantity is stated in each product detail box as you order.

At any time during your order, you can save it and continue with it at any time later. If you save your order before checking out, your order will be saved for reference next time you login.

You can use the search box to find an item by its stock number or a combination of descriptive words. TIP! Keep words simple, don't use plurals and its easier if you use part-words e.g if you use the search word "ear" it will bring up earrings, ear-rings, ear hoops etc.


About the way we pack our goods

Most of our lines are packed in 12s. This is the best way for us to be able to offer assortments of colours or styles as 12 can be divided by 1,2,3,4,6 and twelve. Most traders are quite happy to buy 12 of a line, particularly as most of our range is low-priced. However some of the more expensive items such as our gemstone jewellery range are packed in 6s. This still enables us to offer a good assortment . A few higher-priced lines are available in 3s. The pack quantity of each line is printed in the description.

VAT

We will need to charge you VAT at the prevailing rate if you are trading in UK.

If you are in the EC and are registered for VAT in your country, we do not charge you VAT provided you can supply us with your registration number.

If you are in the EC but not registered for VAT, we will need to charge you VAT at the UK rate.

If you are outside the EC we do not charge VAT.

In our Showroom ...You are welcome to visit our showroom which is 5 minutes from Junction 23 on the M1 motorway. By appointment please.


In Person... If you are a volume buyer (minimum 6 Dozen per item and minmum order value £1000), we can arrange to meet you anywhere in the UK with a full set of samples.
