Find out about EU shipping after Brexit...

The 31st of December 2020 marks the end of the Brexit transition period, and whilst nobody is quite sure exactly what will happen after this date, we want to reassure you that we are working hard behind the scenes so that we are prepared for either a deal or no-deal Brexit.

⭐For our UK customers, it will be business as usual regardless of a deal or no-deal situation, as we are keeping prices the same and hoping for a better year of business in 2021.

⭐For our EU customers, we will still be able to ship to Europe, but here are some key points to note...

Lead Times

DPD and our other carriers have informed us that there may be slight delays to deliveries due to customs checks at the borders.

Invoice Information

More detailed product information will be required for deliveries entering Europe, and this will now be included on our invoices.  (EORI number, commodity codes, country of origin, and reason for export).

Customs Declarations

We understand that DPD and our other carriers will be responsible for communicating all of the relevant customs declaration information for products entering the EU.

Duty

We are expecting to pay the duty costs for EU orders on our side through DPD using our account. This will allow for quicker deliveries, and mean that no parcels shuold get stuck with the carriers. Our aim is to absorb any price increases linked to the duty charges that we are able to, and will be in touch with personalised updates when we have more information.

Commodity Codes

If you require any commodity codes for the purposes of exporting our products to the EU, please let us know as we are able to run a report which details all historical product information linked to your account.

⭐We will of course keep you updated as more information is released.  If you have any questions about what Brexit means for your business trading with us, please give us a call and we will be happy to help.
