Inca is one of the largest importers and trade suppliers of headbands in the UK, and therefore stock a huge variety of different designs, styles and colours, all at very competitive prices. Alicebands are an easy way to wear your hair, keeping it back and out of the face whilst also adding a pop of colour to any look. Headbands are the must have hair accessory for this year, and have been listed in many fashion publications such as Glamour and Vogue as one of the biggest trends.
The main type of alice bands are satin covered. These are finished with the best satin to give a really high end finish with a low price. These can be adorned with flowers or bows and worn all year round. Padded alice bands are really enjoying a revival and featured on all of the catwalks from Prada to Chanel. Our velvet finish padded headbands are proving to be very popular. We have a large range in all colours, from red to pink, with the most popular being the mainstays, black and navy. Our knot top headbands are also fast becoming a best selling line, and are available in a variety of colours and fabrics such as cotton, satin and sequin.
Our head band cores are one of the best ways to customise using your own materials or designs. A lot of the bespoke hair accessory makers here in the UK use these aliceband cores to make fascinators or more embellished design pieces. These cores are the plastic inner that the headband usually has inside the outer material. Made from high quality plastic, they are bendy and very adaptable to a range of uses. They are also available in metal, which sell in bulk to bridal and wedding suppliers and are made into wedding headbands for brides and flower girls.
Knot top alicebands have become big business. Selling transitionally through every season, they are a new flambouyant way to hold back hair. Made of one length of sticked fabric the knot headband is then attached to the covered aliceband and knotted in the middle.
Bow, flowers and glitter hair bands make up the bulk of our wholesale children’s hair band range. With pastel colours, floral prints, and vivid brights, our Spring and Summer ranges are great sellers with all retailers and B2C companies.
All our alice bands come packed on a hanging card with a barcode particular to each line. They are bagged in 3,4,6 or dozen packs depending on the colour assortment and price.
Quality is high up on our list of priorities and we try to ensure that the ends of our Alice bands are a comfortable fit and that the band can flex a reasonable amount without breaking. Where necessary we inscruct our factories to make sure the ends are glued neatly or if they are made from metal, there are no sharp edges or burrs
