If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund you. Please contact us within fourteen days of delivery to arrange returning the goods using email We ask that you return them in the original packaging and in the same condition we supplied them, paid for at your cost. Our returns form is to be included in your return parcel, you will find this at the bottom of this page. 

For returned goods we will refund your original carriage charge if the goods are returned within the timescale mentioned above.

We also offer a full refund or replacement on faulty or damaged goods within 28 days. 

Shop Soiled Goods

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for shop soiled or tarnished goods. Unfortunately plated metals can tarnish in certain environments, particularly where chemicals are used such as hairdressing salons. This is beyond our control.

Returns From Outside UK

If you have any problems with stock due to your own error, you are welcome to return the goods at your expense including the duty and tax charges.  Unfortunately you will be charged delivery and tax again for any items that we resend to you.
