For your reassurance
We understand that it is sometimes worrying to order items on the internet when you have not had the opportunity to examine them other than in a photograph. Sometimes size, quality or other features shown on a website are not as expected when the goods arrive. If you receive any items from Inca which do not meet your expectations, we are happy to refund or replace them provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt. We just please ask that you return them in the original packaging and in the same condition we supplied them.
Faulty or damaged goods
We are also happy to replace or refund any faulty or damaged goods you might receive from us. The fashion accessory industry is noted for having quality problems, caused mainly by the constant demand for new products and low prices. At Inca, we make huge efforts to control the quality of our products but inevitably some do slip through the net. We are happy to accept responsibility for this. Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 28 days.
Shop soiled goods
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for shop soiled or tarnished goods. Unfortunately plated metals can tarnish in certain environments, particularly where chemicals are used such as hairdressing salons. This is beyond our control.
