About Us

We are a friendly, family run company which was established in 1976.  Having been in business for many years, we like to think that we know a thing or two about wholesale hair accessories, fashion accessories, dressing up and gift packaging.  We pride ourselves on being one of the UK’s leading trade suppliers to large and small businesses across the world.  We import most of our stock from China and enjoy sourcing the highest quality stock at the fairest prices for all of our different customer types.  Please get in touch if you would like to discuss our product ranges or can’t find what you are looking for.      

 

 

How To Order

Our full product range is available to order on our website.  Simply add the items that you wish to order to your basket and then create an account and check out.  You can also call us on 01509 501000 or email [email protected] to place an order, and we will be happy to create an account for you if you wish.  

Our minimum order is just £25 (excluding VAT).  To order a product, just type the number of units you wish to order in the Qty Per Units box and click Add.  Please note that all of our products must be ordered in multiples of the pack sizes.  The units per pack and the price per unit is listed for each product type.   

 

 

Discounts

Discounts are available for orders over £150 (excluding VAT) and start at 10% up to a maximum of 30% for orders over £2000. 

£150 = 10%

£300 = 15%

£600 = 20%

£1000 = 25%

£2000 = 30%

 

 

Delivery

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries.  Free UK delivery is available for all orders over £150.  We aim to send orders out for UK next day delivery if they are placed before midday (Monday - Thursday).  For orders under £150, a standard £7 charge is applied for DPD UK next day delivery.  For information about shipping outside of the UK, please click here.

  • Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, orders arrive on a two-day service.
  • Europe (including ROI), shipping rates are based on order value and include carriage, customs duty and courier handling fees.
  • For everywhere else, worldwide shipping is offered on orders over £150 and we will secure the best shipping rates for you.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer refunds on orders within seven days of delivery if returned to us in original packaging and condition. We also offer a full refund or replacement on faulty or damaged goods within 28 days of delivery.
